Digitalization of HR Processes: Successful Go-Live of a Web-Based HR Application

(HR Hub Expansion) at University Hospital Bonn!

Greenfield Technology Aktiengesellschaft successfully carried out a project at the University Hospital in Bonn. The application went „live“ in April 2020.
Mr. Thomas Krück, Lead Business Architect at Greenfield, reports:

In addition to onboarding new employees, this project also covered other processes, such as being able to handle working time changes, changes to fixed-term contracts, transfers, re-funding or changes to pay grading online. As with employee onboarding, the aim was to make the existing processes as paperless as possible and thereby speed up the process. A particular challenge was implementing this in such a way that different activities and specific circumstances — such as third-party funded positions or differing areas of responsibility across multiple staff council bodies — were optimally supported.
