At Greenfield, we’re passionate about the same topics we drive forward for our clients: digitalization, automation, AI. We work remote-first, yet still together. Here there’s room for your own career path, for genuine human connection, and for work that fits your life.

Ami, Head of HR
Room to take on new tasks and roles and to build expertise.
The Software Lab is our internal innovation unit — picking up emerging Pega technology early, things like Vibe Coding, MCP, and AI integrations, and turning them into working solutions.
It’s also where our Sales and Delivery teams go when a client asks “can Pega do this?” We prototype fast, build live demos, and stress-test new ideas on real Pega technology.
The Lab isn’t a permanent team — it’s a rotating group of Greenfield consultants who step in to experiment, build, and deliver. They bring fresh perspectives from client projects, apply them to new Pega capabilities, and bring what they learn back into the company.
«The Software Lab keeps our knowledge current even when no client is paying us to learn. We built on our own terms, not on someone else’s deadline.» — Lars, CTO
«The thing I love about software lab is the fact that we are exposed to a lots of different technologies, and we have a very good opportunity to develop ourselves both in terms of Pega and in general. I also love teaching, so for me it’s a perfect combination of constantly learning new things, and teaching people about those new things.» — Norbert, Consultant and Manager in the Software Lab
Room for genuine togetherness — for shared time, mutual support, and rules that foster cohesion instead of competition.
Commitment
For years, we have supported humanitarian aid shipments to Ukraine — together with the Global Aid Network. Not just financially: colleagues from every part of the company pitch in, from loading containers to organizing on the ground. On top of that, we support reforestation efforts in Germany.
Our people
Two locations — Düsseldorf and Warsaw — one team working together on the same projects, not side by side.
